Pat Pitsel has spent the last 25 years providing seminars and workshops in coaching, counselling, consulting, teaching, needs analysis, curriculum development, and training in Western Canada in both the public and private sectors.

A Ph.D. in Psychology, Pat has worked with individuals, teams and companies in the fields of communications, conflict management, stress management, and performance management. Her expertise combines the sophistication of psychological theory and understanding human behaviour with the practicality of business and field application.
Pat has worked extensively with clients at all levels in the oil and gas industry. She has worked with various Federal Government departments including the Department of Defence (Edmonton Garrison, and 17 Wing Winnipeg) and the Department of Income Security, and with a number of non-profit organizations and small businesses.
